We have been working on a shopping section on relocationguide.com and wanted your opinion. In order to serve our customers who are relocating or just looking to shop for home products, we thought it would be a good idea to offer products and services that relate to moving, relocating, home, and a host of miscellaneous products. We set it up as a review center also so you can get a feel for what the website offers before you even go there. Some of our advertisers are also running specials so look for those.

Since we aren’t the ones who’ll be shopping, we thought we’d ask you, the client what you thought of our idea. We would love feedback, right here, on the design, the ease of shopping thru relocationguide.com and your experience with our advertisers. And of course if you want to shop too, we won’t mind that either.

Time To Update Your Internet Explorer 6

Yep, afraid so my friends. It’s time has come. Actually the main reason is because of the recent Chinese attacks on Google exposed exploited code that only works against IE6 on Windows 2000 and Windows XP. So Microsoft is even urging users to think about upgrading their version of IE, or even their OS (which results in a newer version of IE). It’s also important to upgrade because of the way web pages are developed these days. You’ll have better results browsing the internet with IE 7 and up. But relocationguides recommendation is to use Firefox as your browser. It has better security against hackers and has a lot of plug-ins to upgrade your browsing experience.

We just wanted to pass along our experience from our IT department and make your internet experience a better one. Oh and visit our relocationguide web site for news and articles about relocating and moving.

We just added a new feature on relocationguide we are pretty excited about. It’s called Product Reviews and it features our hand picked advertiser broken out into specific categories. We handpicked these advertisers for you to help make your relocation or move easier and smoother…and just more fun. There are services that will help you change your address, find a great deal on a foreclosure in your new location, help you with legal issues that are involved. But we also review building products vendors that you may need to upgrade the new or existing home you just bought. And of course after your in the new place there are products reviewed that you just may want to fix up or decorate your new home. Even if you’re not relocating or moving, there are still great advertisers to check out.
